Vision Trak offers an affordable, revolutionary GPS security tracking system that safeguards customers’ cars, boats, equipment, and other valuable assets from theft. To continue its business growth, Vision Trak needed a custom web application for a customer relationship management (CRM) system. It also needed a solution that would offer full integration with a SecurePay payment gateway and Optus data feeds. The company’s new product launch administration requirements included a completely automated online billing platform. The new system would also need to allow for unique customer requirements due to the nature of the individual products. Finally, the site would have to integrate with a third-party XML information feed and export to an internal accounting package.
