Design Industries (formerly Fourpaws Design) was founded in 2000. We’ve grown into one of Australia’s most successful and trusted web firms. We’ve built hundreds of websites and applications, and have built an unmatched reputation in two specialty areas:
- Web and software development – building complex websites and online applications, and integrating them with third-party business information systems
- Online strategy – helping businesses use the web to achieve objectives like increasing profits, cutting costs or developing new markets
Our offices are located close to Melbourne CBD. However, our wide range of international experience and cultural backgrounds makes us well equipped to meet the needs of clients worldwide. We’ve partnered with businesses from Australia and New Zealand to the UK, Spain and Sweden.

Our directors
Michael Dockery
Michael is a founding partner of Design Industries. He co-founded the firm in 2000, after studying industrial design and running several web startups.
Michael loves working with businesses to make ambitious plans come together online – whether it’s a startup with a world-changing idea, or an established business wanting to use technology to improve internal processes and build new markets.
Sam Pascua
Sam studied graphic design in Spain, and worked in Europe as a graphic designer before joining Design Industries as a partner.
Sam oversees production for DI. He enjoys devising clever solutions that use the latest web technologies to solve difficult problems.
