The APA required a solution that was not only visually appealing but have the core infrastructure that would allow the APA to expand their website with different Content Management System (CMS) modules in the future.

The front end website that was created for the APA allowed multiple editors to manage different sections of the website whilst allowing peer review, version control and document management to ensure the website always had the latest information available to their member base.

Design Industries also created a custom news and events module that allowed APA editors to quickly broadcast the latest news and events to their members in an easy fashion.

The APA also required a custom solution using the SecurePay Payment Gateway that integrated with the APA backend CRM system and front end website. The solution took into account the safe processing and storage of sensitive personal Credit Card and Direct Entry information.

The solution enables APA to accept payments via their website and get real time authorisation, ensuring they receive payment and confirming that payment have been received for their range of online services.

A secure member’s area was created that permits the APA to share online content to their Member base to enhance their online and offline membership offerings. This is also true of the blog and forum that were designed and created to assist the APA to talk to their member and potential members.

Design Industries also worked hand in hand with key APA stakeholders to custom integrate their website with their backend CRM system “IMIS”. This integration reduced the processing time and double handling for APA staff whilst creating a simple online process for APA website users to subscribe, renew or purchase other APA products and services.
