AAA Tourism needed to design and build a web application and an enewsletter campaign system, and approached Melbourne based Design Industries for an web based solution. AAA Tourism was seeking a way to automate a dynamic PDF creation process, as well as a new eNewsletter design and campaign system. Design Industries embraced the challenge.The Delivery
In a short period of time, the team at Design Industries delivered a simple-to-use web application that integrated seamlessly with AAA Tourism’s existing extranet system. The task involved designing a process that would use the existing software to output data into a printable PDF format.
Design Industries also delivered a new eNewsletter campaign system that streamlined AAA Tourism’s marking and outreach efforts. With a professional and compelling new eNewsletter design, AAA Tourism is able to send timely, relevant information to its mailing list with a few simple clicks.
The customised eNewsletter template makes it easy for employees to add, modify, and delete articles, giving them the option of previewing the enewsletter before it is delivered to the end users.
Through close collaboration with AAA Tourism, Design Industries was able to guarantee that the final web application and eNewsletter campaign system met all the specified requirements and could be operated by almost anyone in the company, regardless of whether they have a technical background or any knowledge of IT systems.
