The Brief:
Epichem provides synthetic and medicinal chemistry services to the drug discovery and pharmaceutical industries, they approached Design Industries to develop & integrate a completely new design for their website. A key requirement of the new website development was to ensure their new website was user-friendly, easily navigable that would also allow their customers to find exactly what they needed with no frustration.Design Industries worked with the stakeholders at Epichem through a complete overhaul of its website, evaluating the organisation’s needs and ensuring the needs of their clients were met.  Epichem required a web site solution that would enable employees to be able to manage all aspects of the site.
Design Industries integrated the new web design with the powerful open source Content Management System (CMS) platform “Joomla”.
The front end website allowed multiple editors to manage different sections of the website whilst allowing peer review, version control and document management to ensure the website always had the latest information available to their online visitors.
