The Brief:
Haileybury is one of Melbourne’s leading independent schools with campuses at Brighton, Berwick and Keysborough. The School is acclaimed for its outstanding academic achievements, small class sizes, broad range of co-curricular activities, and state-of-the-art facilities. Haileybury approached Design Industries to setup an email campaign newsletter system to would be able to manage their unique requirements and privacy obligations.The Delivery
Design Industries in consultation with key stake holders from Haileybury devised a strategy to meet the schools requirements. The first requirement was to select a platform that delivered Haileybury needs, which ranged from large segmented lists so the school could specifically communicate to appropriate user groups, strict privacy requirements, real time reporting and obviously the system needed to meet Australian law in regards to the spam act.
The eNewsletter Campaign System used meets these requirements plus adding extra functionality that enables Haileybury to have a tool add a new level of communication and reporting that the school is making full use of.
Haileybury also commissioned Design Industries to design a range of eNewsletter templates to could be easily updated internally, however met the schools branding doctrine.
