The Brief:
Petcover required assistance with a range of different custom applications in their backend system, that ranged between a payment gateway solution, advanced reporting functionality, improved backend admin controls and NAB seamless integration.Delivery
Design Industries worked hand in hand with the company stakeholders at Petcover to analyse and plan the requirements for the different custom web applications. Design Industries firstly integrated the eWay Payment Gateway solution which would enable Petcover to accept secure credit card payments in real time through their front end website with instant notification of the payment status. Design Industries also created a recurring payment transaction system to handle the monthly payments the website needed to handle.
Petcover also required their current admin portal to have advanced real time reporting capabilities which was delivered by using the capabilities of SQL reporting services.
The end result enables Petcover to meet the needs of its clients in a more efficient and seamless way whilst providing the reporting tools to manage their online website transactions and client management via an easy to manage system.
