The Brief:
The Australian Motor Sport Foundation was established in 2001 by the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport Ltd., the governing body of motor sport in Australia. The aim of the AMSF is to help talented young Australian drivers reach the pinnacle of motor sport, in particular the FIA Formula 1™ World Championship or the FIA World Rally Championship.The AMSF required a deployment of the powerful SiteCore Enterprise CMS system that would be managed via a central deployment of the controlling body online software package.
The Delivery
As per the CAMS project, The AMSF wanted to completely revamp its website. The AMSF website was built within the same CMS framework (SiteCore) as the CAMS website enabling staff to be able to update both websites within the same CMS platform. By harnessing the power of the SiteCore CMS, Design Industries was able to reduce the amount of time and effort CAMS & AMSF staff require to maintain both websites.
After Design Industries developed the successful website for CAMS, Di worked with the staff at CAMS to deliver the next SiteCore CMS website.
The second site in CAMS multi-site deployment project means CAMS can now manage an unlimited number of sites, sharing information and backend code across sites with ease. In addition, Design Industries focused on search-engine optimization (SEO), using Google-friendly URLs and other techniques to instantly improve the site’s organic search results.
