Our warranty also includes 5 hours of free phone support to help you acclimatise yourself and your team to the new systems we have created for you.
Our aim is for you to settle in and be comfortable using the systems deployed with the knowledge that any errors will be fixed in a timely fashion.
Database and Site Backups
When each website is launched Design Industries creates a copy of our creation and store in securely for a rainy day.
If there is ever a need to restore your original website, we will have a pristine copy ready to go at a moments notice. Backing up your site and if you have database driving your site, the database, on a frequent regular basis is absolutely critical to ensure a server failure does not ruin your business.
As an option to your business Design Industries can regularly back up your website and database to protect your crucial data.
